I cannot download a *working* copy of a copy of *any* kind IRC 
software.  PLEASE HELP!  It appears the reason is because I do not 
have a valid copy of the popular file {winsock.dll}.  Where can I get 
this file??????????  Please reply quickly!  I have 7.5 hours!
