I was out last night Oct 7/8 at our local astronomy club site near
Bluemont,  Northern Virginia from 6:00 - 8:00 UT and am sorry to report
there were no Draconids seen during that time.  Conditions in Washington
were not ideal as we are experiencing summer like weather and associated
haze, thus the lm ranged between 5.0 to 5.5!  I did record two hours of
intensified video but I don't expect to find much. The meteor rates were so
low I fell asleep at one point after having observed only one meteor in 3/4
hour!
