Welcome back to the list, and I'm so sorry about your move. yes, the 
light pollution in Toronto is terrible.

I live 25 kms north of Kingston, and the skies are good. I would love 
to go deeper in the country, but getting lots of resistance from the 
hubby and child, no sense of adventure.
