Good Morning All!!
I hope some of you had clear skies after the moon went down. Our
clouds here are a lovely shade of grey with a very nasty looking
thunderstorm blue.
The reason of this note is to let everyone know that the area of
settling down a place to stay will probably be in the Boyer Hotel.

Restaurant opens April 15. Quoted rates were $32.70 Double.
Description: 20 rooms, 13 rooms A/C, 7 single rooms, cable TV,
restaurant. Located on Rt. 28/92 north of Green Bank, WV.
This facility offers hotel accomodation and has a camp ground with
showers.
So, pull out your West Virginia maps and circle Arbobale WV area.
If anyone wants to have hotel accomodation, please call quickly and
book. As there is a SARA conference at the same time, room space in
the hotel could be at a premium.
Let me know in advance like shortly whats going on.
I am going to give the campground a call and see what the rates are
for a night for camping and find out if we need to book an area.
I would presume we would like some trees for shade, but lots of open
sky. The moon is coming off of full that week we are there, and rise
times on the moon at around a 40 degree latitude is 21:49 and up all
night, will be terrible for observing, so we will just have to gab
and party, get to know one another and share observing reports. : )
