Re: (meteorobs) Virus Alert

From ZD Net, http://www.zdnet.com/zdnn/special/doublevirus.html
and, http://www.zdnet.com/zdnn/stories/news/0,4586,2273659,00.html.

The virus is a 'double' virus: it combines the worst
of 2 viruses, the recent Melissa virus and the dangerous Chernobyl
virus. It's called Worm.ExploreZip. It uses Melissa's ease of spreading
the virus along with Chernobyl's ability to destroy the BIOS information.

Here is an example of what it would look like:

"Hi (Name)!

I received your e-mail and I shall send you a reply
ASAP.

Till then, take a look at the attached zipped docs.

Bye."

Both Symantec and Network Associates have
posted updates.
